Wow! Really challenging this week, from early of the week till end I've to do from scratch, baking, frosting & decorating 7 tiers wedding cakes with the theme colour purple for my customer's # 7th daughter's wedding.
Another customer ordered 3 tiers steam butter cream wedding cakes with the gold/yellow/orangie theme color & 2 wedding gift/hantaran with the color theme green/yellow & pink. Altogether 12 sbc wedding cakes need to be ready for collection by Thursday/Friday this week.
Another one b'day cake with a Ben 10 edible image print & sbc frosting is on the way as requested by customer. Sangat2 letih but enjoy making it to make my customers big days & happy days!!
Also need to prepare for this weekend class...hope to see you all at my cake's shop k, check on my latest class schedule yeah!!
